this band form my area called Sleep Terror. They're frikkin nuts. Some might like it, some might not. But I think it is worth a listen. They are one of those "technical death metal/jazz" but not in a gay way. I think they're cool.
its hard for me to get into stuff like this- very talented, but pick a time signature for god sake! just seems all over the map- again, very talented but not my taste...
There's nothing jazz about those clips. I also find it extremely corny and cliche to describe themselves as "technical death/jazz"... especially on a fucking flyer.

They did. It's pretty basic in that regard. I had no problem counting along on first listen. Most of it was 4/4, 8/8.

i would never say that they are my type of metal, i just thought they should be listened out of interest. i would also never want to be in a band like that because its not my style at all, but it is fun to listen to on occasion.
