i think it depends on your technique, i can pretty much pull a decent harmonic anyhwere.

it's not hard at all, but it is easier on certain strings and everyone has their own techniques and ways of holding the pick...i choke up on it more than usual so piches are easy for me, put others pick differently

I can hit them on D to High E, but I get them best on the B.

Up on the 17th fret and a little vibrato can make them sound like a bitch.

yeah sure.. i can hit pinch harmonics any fret any string without an amp.. though not always on the first try when it comes to those odd frets at the top of the board.
