Punctured Speaker

Post by Hunter/Killer »

Today i found a pair of tweezers sticking out of my homestereo speakers they were in the bottom woofer of a floorstanding speaker, i don't have a fucking clue how they got there. :x
they weren't in deep but i don't want to run them like that.

the cone 'paper' is very hard, it could be fiberglass or kevlar. is there any way i can seal it with silicone or something?

You can seal it up with almost any kind of silicone. If the paper is hard then use silicone that dries hard. The soft shit will work, but over the course of time it'll wear off. Hard shit
